צוות המשחק מסוגל לספק  לשחקנים מספר רב של משאבים שלא נמצאים בשטח המשחק בדרך קבע:
שירותים.
מקלחות.
מי שתייה.
תאורה בסביבות הישוב.
חשמל  במידה מסויימת. לא נוכל להתחייב כי לכל  איזור תהיה גישה לחשמל כל הזמן, אך יעשה מאמץ עבור כך.

מבחינת אישורים נחוצים, המשחק מאורגן בתיאום מלא עם קב"ט הישוב שאנו עובדים בשטחיו, פיקוד העורף  וכל הגורמים האחרים הנדרשים.
מהשחקנים מצופה לכבד את מארחינו ולא להיכנס לשטחים החקלאיים המקיפים את איזור המשחק.

במקרה של מפגש עם אנשים שאינם קשורים למשחק הנכנסים לשטח, יש לצאת באופן מיידי מאינפליי ולהתייחס אליהם בכבוד ובזהירות. אין לנו רצון להפחיד עוברים ושבים.  שטח המשחק יוקף בשלטים המסבירים כי בשטח מתנהל משחק תפקידים חי.

מבחינת מזון, מצופה מקבוצות המשחק להתארגן במסגרת הקבוצתית ולדאוג לכך. ניתן יהיה להקים  מדורות בישול או מנגלים בתיאום ואישור של מאסטר לוגיסטיקה. המשקח יחזיק מנות חירום למקרה בו שחקנים נתקלים בבעיות בנושא, אך לא מתוכנן לקום פונדק מזון מרכזי.

שחקנים וקבוצות יותר ממוזמנים לחלוק או לפתוח דוכני מזו או  מסעדות משחקיות ולסחור במזון באמצעים משחקיים (פקקים, מחצבים, אבקות).

המשחק מבוטח בביטוח הפעילות הסטנדרטי של העמותה לקידום משחקי תפקידים אותו הביטוח שהיה בשימוש  במשחקים חיים קודמים כגון ליברה.

The game crew will provide several resources that aren't usually present at the game location:
restrooms .
showers.
Drinking water.
Lighting in the settlement surrounding.
Electricity.

as for authoreties, the event is coordinated with the local security chief, home-front defence and all emergency services required.
Participants are expected to be respect our hosts and stay clear of the agricultural fields in the areas surrounding the event site.

In any case where a participant meets an outsider, please drop from game persona, and be gracious, we do not want to frighten any bystander. the event area will be surrounded with notifications of an even taking place and its unique atmosphere.

As for food, participants are expected to provide for themselves with their game group. there will be no central tavern in the event, but the game crew will have emergency rations if the need arises. cooking fire and grills can be used with the approval and coordination with the game logistics master.

the event is insured with the Standard event insurance provided buy the Israeli Society for Role-Playing games, as used in previous events such as Libra Larp.
